Bananas Wrapped in Bacon
Mix the lemon juice with the rum and season with cayenne pepper. Peel the bananas, cut each into 6 pieces and place in the lemon marinade. Cover and leave to infuse for about 2 hours.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with oil.
Coat the bacon slices on one side with ketchup and wrap the banana pieces up in them. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with the remaining ketchup.
Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (approximately 425ºF) for about 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Arrange on a plate and serve with small skewers.
