Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips
Banana bread is a great way to get some nutrients and carbs in the morning. It will kickstart your day better than another pastry that is filled with sugar and will leave you feeling tired a few hours later. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert.
You can also add nuts to the bread for more protien.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a loaf tin with vegetable oil and dust with flour.
Peel and mash ripe bananas. Stir butter with sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas. Mix flour with baking soda and fold into banana mixture. Finally, add chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven when done. Cool, slice and serve.
