Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180 ° C (approximately 350 ° F). Grease tart tins with butter.

Mix quark with yogurt, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon and lemon juice until smooth. Then add flour and semolina and knead into a smooth dough. Form eight small dumpling shapes, flatten and place in tins. Brush with a bit of melted butter and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Mix cinnamon with brown sugar, sprinkle over dumplings and serve garnished with cinnamon sticks.
