Baked Potatoes with Black Olives and Feta

200 grams Feta
120 grams black Olives (pitted)
4 oregano
freshly ground peppers

Preparation

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and prick with a fork several times. Prepare 8 pieces of foil (about 15 x 15 cm, approximately 6 x 6 inches) and drizzle one side with oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Pack the potatoes in the oiled foil. Cook on a hot grill for 45- 60 minutes, turning occasionally. The potatoes are done when they are tender in the middle when pierced with a fork.

Cube the cheese and coarsely chop the olives.

To serve, open the foil packet and cut the potatoes crosswise. Fill with feta and olives and garnish with an oregano sprig. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
