- 4 Pear
- 8 Tbsps lingonberry
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
- 150 grams Gruyere
- 4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse pears, cut in half and remove seeds. Melt butter in a saucepan, add lingonberries and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add Grand Marnier and simmer for 3 minutes.

Place pears in a baking dish cut side up and fill with lingonberry mixture. Mix creme fraiche in a bowl with grated gruyère cheese, spread over cranberries and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven. Let cool slightly and serve.
