Baked Lemon-Raisin Pancake
Healthy, because
Even smarter
The combination of semolina and milk makes semolina marrow a good source of protein. For athletes with a sweet tooth, it is ideal because the protein is needed for muscle building. The raisins also do good for our muscles, thanks to the magnesium they contain.
Applesauce or plum roaster is suitable for this. Of course you can also prepare the semolina margarine with spelt semolina if you don't get wholemeal wheat semolina. Instead of raisins, you can also use other dried fruits of your choice.

Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 250 milliliters milk
- 5 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Rinse raisins and boil in milk with 1 tablespoon of butter, sugar and lemon zest. Sprinkle in semolina and cook to form a thick paste. Continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in quark and egg.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a ovenproof frying pan and spread batter into pan. Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute and flip. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and tear apart with 2 forks. Drizzle with remaining butter and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
