Baked Ice Cream S'mores
Chop dark chocolate and melt into cream. Add cocoa liqueur and leave sauce to cool.
Thaw ice cream slightly. Place cookies on bottom of baking dish and place ice cream on top. Freeze dish for 30 minutes.
Place remaining cookies around edge of baking dish. Sprinkle marshmallows over top of ice cream and place dish under broiler until marshmallows turn golden brown, 1–2 minutes. Chop pecans coarsely and sprinkle over top of dessert. Serve with chocolate sauce.
