Herring fillets (skin-on, boneless)
freshly ground Pepper
2 tablespoons
chopped Dill tips
2 tablespoons
chopped Parsley
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
300 milliliters
120 grams
grated Graddost cheese

Preparation steps

Rinse herring fillets under running cold water. Pat dry. Roll up fillets, with the skin side out. Lay fillets next to each other in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix chopped herbs with mustard, cream and cheese and spread over herring fillets. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (approximately 425°F), until top is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve straight from the baking dish.

Serve with potatoes, if desired.
