Baked Gnocchi with Bacon and Cheese
Butter gratin pan. Rinse sage, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Cut pancetta into wide strips. Combine gnocchi with pancetta and sage leaves, spread in a pan.
Heat cream into a saucepan, add coarsely chopped Fontina and melt, whisking. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cheese sauce over gnocchi and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
