Beat eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add sifted flour to the bowl. Add milk, mix until a smooth batter is created. Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).
Brush a baking dish with butter. Arrange figs in the prepared baking dish and pour the batter over top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Let cool. Serve warm or cold.
