Serrano ham (thinly sliced)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stems and cut tomatoes into about 5 mm (approximately 1/4-inch) thick slices.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

Drain olives and chop finely.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each ciabatta horizontally and place on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle with olives and cover with slices of tomato and pepper. Distribute mozzarella on top and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F/convection 350°F) for about 15 minutes.
