Baked Brioche Slices with Almonds
Beat butter with sugar and cinnamon until fluffy. Stir in egg until combined. Stir in flour and ground almonds until dough is smooth. Spread dough onto brioche slices and sprinkle with almonds.
Place brioche slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden-brown, 5-10 minutes.
