4 tablespoons Calvados
4 tart Apple
2 tablespoons melted butter
60 grams powdered sugar
4 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Coat a baking sheet with butter.

Cut brioche slices into rounds, about 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) in diameter. Place brioche rounds on baking sheet and drizzle with Calvados.

Peel apples and remove cores with an apple corer. Brush apples with melted butter and roll in sugar. Set an apple in the center of each brioche round. Rinse cinnamon sticks briefly under running water and place in apple cavities. Bake until golden-brown, about 25 minutes.

Serve hot or cooled.
