250 milliliters milk
150 grams Whipped cream
1 generous pinch salt
50 grams Semolina flour
4 eggs
80 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation steps

Bring milk and 1 pinch of salt to a boil. Gradually add semolina, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool. Butter casserole dish. Rinse and drain blueberries. Separate eggs. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff. Gradually add warm semolina mixture into egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Arrange semolina mixture in casserole dish and smooth. Evenly sprinkle blueberries all over. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
