Preparation steps

Cut butter into small pieces. Place in a bowl with the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Rub with your hands until topping forms clumps. Place in refrigerator.

Rinse apricots, cut in half, remove pits, and cut into wedges. Rinse gooseberries and remove stems.

Halve the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
