Ingredients

Butter (for the mold)
For the nougat filling
3 tablespoonschocolate-nut spread
3 tablespoonsground Hazelnuts
3Egg white
3 teaspoonsSugar
Sliced almonds
For the apricot filling
150 gramsMarzipan
4 ½ tablespoonsApricot brandy
1 ½ tablespoonsApricot jam
1 ½ tablespoonsPine nuts
For the citrus filling
4 ½ tablespoonsOrange marmalade
Candied lemon 1 depending EL diced finely
Candied orange 1 depending EL diced finely
3 tablespoonsSliced almonds
Powdered sugar for sweet
1 ½ tablespoonsOrange liqueur

Directions

1 Rinse the apples, pat dry, and remove the core with an apple corer. Preheat the oven to (250°C) (approximately 475°F).
2 For the nougat filling, mix the nougat and hazelnuts and spoon into 2 of the apples. Arrange in a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
3 Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, spoon into the apples and top with the flaked almonds and continue to cook.
4 For the apricot filling, mix the marzipan with apricot brandy until smooth. Add apricot jam and chopped pine nuts. Spoon into 2 of the apples. Arrange in a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
5 For the citrus filling, mix the orange marmalade with candied peel and almonds. Add powdered sugar and orange liqueur and stir to combine. Spoon into 2 of the apples. Arrange in a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve the apples on dessert plates.
