100 milliliters Orange juice
2 centiliters Rum
100 grams dried Cranberry
4 Apple
40 grams Pecan
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
2 Tbsps softened butter

Preparation steps

Boil the orange juice and rum. Sprinkle with the cranberries and let cool.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the apples, cut off a lid on each and remove the core (leaving the apples intact). Scoop out the apple flesh and dice. Mix the nuts, chopped and drained cranberries, apple pulp, syrup and 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour the mixture into the apples. Place the apples in greased baking dish, replace the apple lids and sprinkle with flakes of butter. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve warm.
