Rinse grapes and possibly halve, cut pear into columns, peel tangerines and cut into columns. Rinse apples, dry and cut the top and cut out cores with the melon baller.
Set each apple in a small greased metal tray. Add some fruit and almonds and fill with 1 teaspoon honey.
Mix the rest of fruit with honey, add to the bowl around the apple. Sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake about 20 minutes at 220°C (approximately 425° F) and serve immediately.
