cup Ladyfinger
1 ¼ cups Dark chocolate (for cooking)
¼ cup soft butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 drops Rum extract
sugar sprinkle

Preparation steps

1.
Place the sponge fingers in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir in the butter. Sift in the icing sugar and mix well. Fold in the crumbs and the rum flavouring and chill in the fridge for around 15 minutes.
3.
Shape the mixture into small and roll in the sugar sprinkles.
