250 milliliters Apple juice
½ Vanilla bean
1 tablespoon sugar
1 stalk cinnamon
2 cloves
100 milliliters Elderberry juice
2 centiliters Almond liqueur
sugar (to taste)
Elderberry blossom (for garnish)
Cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Mix the Aronia juice with the apple juice. Slit the vanilla pod and add to the sugar, the cinnamon stick, the cloves and the elderberry nectar. Heat, but do not cook, cover and let infuse for 10-15 minutes. Season with the liqueur and possibly some more sugar. Strain through a sieve and fill glasses. Serve hot. Garnish with elderberry cones and cinnamon.
