pure natural Apricot juice
- 1 tablespoon
- ½ cup
sparkling Mineral water (ice cold)
- In addition: Ice cubes
1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cocktail shaker (or container with tight-fitting lid), 1 Cutting board
Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck leaves.
Put apricot juice, ginger syrup and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into glasses, top with mineral water and garnish with cilantro.
