- 400 grams dried Apricots
- 80 grams Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Orange marmalade
- 250 grams Marzipan
- 50 grams Powdered sugar
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Finely chop the dried apricots. Add the sugar and marmalade and mix well.
Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar between two layers of plastic wrap and roll into a 5mm thick rectangle (approximately 40x10 cm). Roll the apricot mixture into a thick roll the length of the rectangle. Roll the marzipan rectangle around the apricot mixture. Cut thick slices, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
