Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish.
Rinse the apricots, halve, pit and arrange, cut-side up, in the prepared pan.
Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Mix in the flour, salt, baking powder, cream cheese and milk until combined. Pour over the apricots and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
