1 kilogram Quark
250 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
3 eggs
200 grams sugar
2 packets Vanilla sugar
1 packet Vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon Baking powder
50 grams Semolina flour
1 can Apricot (About 850 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Stir together quark and eggs in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients (except for apricot) and mix together.

Drain apricots.

3.

Spread half quark mixture in greased springform pan, cover with apricots and top with remaining quark mixture. Bake on middle rack of preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour.
