Applesauce Porridge with Oatmeal for Babies
- Ingredients
- 1 small Apple
- 2 Tbsps rolled Oats
- 2 Tbsps Apple juice
- 1 tsp Canola oil
Peel apple, cut into quarters, remove the core and chop the flesh.
Cook apple 3 tablespoons water in a small pot, covered, over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the oats in a small bowl, mix with the apple juice and let soak briefly.
Mash the soft-boiled apple with a fork and stir with the oil into the oats.
Add as much boiling water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Allow to cool before feeding.

Prepare some apple sauce for yourself as well. Simply take more fruit and after cooking, branch off the mash portion. Crush the remaining apples and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
