cilantro (1/2 teaspoon, crushed)
cloves (1/4 teaspoon, crushed)
Anise seed (1/4 teaspoon, crushed)
¼ tsp ground Cardamom
1 Tbsp Palm sugar
500 milliliters Apple juice

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the water. Add the coriander, cloves, aniseed, cardamom and palm sugar and gently simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then add apple juice, cinnamon and ginger.

Simmer another 10 minutes. Serve hot or lukewarm. Pour mixture into a thermos and drink throughout the day.
