Ginger root (1/2 teaspoon, crushed)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon, crushed)
Cilantro (1/2 teaspoon, crushed)
Cloves (1/4 teaspoon, crushed)
Aniseed (1/4 teaspoon, crushed)
¼ teaspoon
ground Cardamom
1 tablespoon
500 milliliters

Preparation steps

Boil the water. Add the coriander, cloves, aniseed, cardamom and palm sugar and gently simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then add apple juice, cinnamon and ginger.

Simmer another 10 minutes. Serve hot or lukewarm. Pour mixture into a thermos and drink throughout the day.
