Grease tart pan with margarine. Roll put pastry and line pan with it, making an edge all around. Whisk sour cream with butter and sugar until smooth, spread on pastry and smooth. Peel and core apples, halve and then cut into thin wedges. Sprinkle with lime juice. Arrange apple wedges on the tart in circular pattern. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 30 minutes.
Whip cream and refrigerate, whisk apple jelly until smooth. Remove cake from the oven and spread apples with the jelly. Sprinkle with sugar, remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Pour cream into a piping bag and pipe on top of tart decoratively. Serve.
