Thaw the puff pastry.
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into slices. Mix the apple slices, lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar.
Roll out the puff pastry until slightly larger than the baking pan. Line a greased baking pan with the pastry, forming an edge.
Mix the creme fraiche, sour cream and calvados. Spread the mixture on the pastry.
Top with the apple slices. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 190°C (approximately 375°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
