50 grams grated almonds
1 egg
4 tablespoons honey

150 grams butter

1 kilogram Apple

Preparation steps

Mix the flour and almonds. Make a well in the center. Add the salt, egg, 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon zest and mix well. Chop the butter into pieces and knead well into a dough. Shape into a ball. Wrap in foil and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 500°F). Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough and shape to the bottom and edges of the pan. Pierce several times with a fork.

Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the core and cut into thin columns. Arrange the apples on the dough and cover with 1 tablespoon of honey. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Warm the apricot jam and remaining honey. Spread over the tart and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool and serve.
