Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until slightly larger than the pan. Grease the pan with butter and line with the pastry, forming an edge.

Peel the apples, quarter, remove the cores and cut into wedges. Immediately sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and sugar. Arrange the apples on the pastry. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan and pour through a sieve. Remove the finished tart from the oven and drizzle with the warm jam.

Serve warm or cooled.
