1 packet Vanilla sugar
125 grams cold butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon grated Lemon peel

1 kilogram Apple
lemons (juice)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 packets vanilla pudding mix
100 grams sugar
750 milliliters Cider
1 packet Vanilla sugar
400 grams Whipped cream
2 packets whipped cream stabilizer
For the topping
1 organic lemon
3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt on a work surface. Form a well in the center. Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute around the flour. Pour the egg into the well.

Use a large knife to chop the ingredients and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll out about 2/3 of the dough and press onto the bottom of the springform pan.

Roll the remaining dough into a long roll. Lay on the edge of the springform pan and form a 4 cm high rim.

For the filling, cook the pudding powder according to the package instructions (use cider instead of milk). Add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Peel the apples, quarter and remove the cores. Cut the apple pulp into small pieces, mix with the lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Spread the apple pieces evenly over the dough.

Pour the hot pudding mixture over the apples. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 170°C (approximately 350°F). Remove and let cool.

Remove the tart from the pan. Beat the cream with the whipped cream stabilizer until stiff. Spread on the tart and smooth.

For the topping, rinse the lemon in hot water, dry and cut the peel into fine strips. Roll the lemon peel in sugar and decorate the cake. Cut into pieces and serve.
