400 milliliters Apple juice
250 milliliters Cranberry juice
8 centiliters Rum (or non-alcoholic rum to taste)
1 halved Vanilla bean
1 Cinnamon stick
1 organic lemon
50 grams dried Cranberry
brown sugar (to sweeten)

Preparation steps

1.

Add the apple juice to a saucepan with the cranberry juice, rum, about 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat to a simmer slowly.

2.

Rinse the lemon, squeeze the juice and to the saucepan. Simmer the punch for about 15 minutes.

3.

Strain the liquid, add the dried cranberries and sweeten to taste with brown sugar before serving.
