Apple Muffins with Streusel
- For the muffins

grated Apples (mixed with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice)
- 130 grams
- 80 milliliters
- 1 packet
- 250 milliliters
Grease wells of the muffin pan and sprinkle with flour.
For the muffins, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and apples in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, oil, vanilla and buttermilk and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and fold in only a short time until they are wet.
For the streusel, mix all ingredients all (except the nuts) with your hands to crumble.
Fill the wells of the muffin pan with batter and sprinkle with streusel and chopped nuts. Bake in a preheated oven on middle rack at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until golden, 20-25 minutes. Let the muffins rest for 5 minutes in pan, then remove from the wells and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
