3 kilograms ripe Apple (for 1.5 L juice)
1 ½ kilograms jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Star anise
3 cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and quarter the apples, then remove the cores. Process through a juicer. Bring the juice to a boil with the jam sugar and spices in a saucepan over high heat. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

2.

Mix in the lemon juice, then remove the pan from the heat. Remove the spices, and divide the jelly into the sterilized prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 20 minutes to cool slightly. Turn right side up and cool completely.
