Apple Grape Cake
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
For the pastry: Mix the flour with the butter, the sugar, the egg yolks, and the cream and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough to the size of the springform pan and line the pan.
For the filling: Rinse the grapes and pat dry. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff. Fold in the hazelnuts. Peel the apple and grate finely. Fold the apples and the grapes into the egg whites. Spread in the pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve dusted with powdered sugar once cooled.
