75 grams sugar
150 grams Pastry flour
1 generous pinch cinnamon
6 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

Peel, core and cut the apples into slices.

Spread the apple slices in a 16 x 24 cm (approximately 6 x 10-inch) baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, flour and 1 pinch of cinnamon. With your hands, knead to large crumbs and sprinkle over the apples. Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.

4.

Divide the apple crumble among 6 plates and top each with a scoop of ice cream.
