40 grams brown sugar
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 Tbsp whole-grain Oats
40 grams softened butter
½ tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse, peel, quarter, and remove the core from the apples. Dice into small pieces. Mix with the lemon juice and honey, then divide into 4 buttered ramekins.

3.

Grind the almonds with the sugar, flour, oats, butter, and cinnamon. The mixture should have a crumb-like consistency. Sprinkle over the top of the apples. Bake 20 minutes, until golden brown, then remove from the oven and serve.
