Apple Cranberry Crumble
This crumble is rich in dietary fiber from the apples and cranberries.
Serve this crumble with some low-fat yogurt sweetened with a little honey and vanilla.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Rinse the cranberries and drain well. Peel, quarter, core and cube the apples. Mix the cranberries, apples, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and honey. Spread in the baking dish.
Mix the almonds, sugar and flour. Melt the butter in small pieces and grind with the flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Beat the cream and serve with the crumble.
