2 tart Apple
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
6 ounces softened butter
1 pinch salt
3 ½ ounces sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 ounces ground almonds
10 ½ ounces Pastry flour
3 ½ ounces milk

Preparation steps

1.

Butter baking pan and sprinkle with flour.

Peel apples, quarter and core, slice. Mix with lemon juice and cinnamon.

Whisk butter with salt until light and fluffy. Add eggs and sugar, alternating. Combine flour, baking powder and nuts. Add flour mixture and milk, alternating, to butter mixture. Whisk into thick and spreadable batter. Spread in a baking pan, arrange apple slices on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes (inserted toothpick should come out clean).
