Apple Blackberry Jelly
Rinse the apples and cut into small pieces. Simmer the apples, water, wine and blackberries in a saucepan. Add the honey and juniper berries. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
Line a sieve with cheesecloth and place over a bowl to catch the juice. Pour the fruit mixture through the sieve. Mix 700 ml (approximately 3 cups) of the juice with the jam sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for about 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into jars, seal tightly, let cool and serve.
