Apple and Cranberry Jam
Rinse, trim, and drain the cranberries. Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the core and dice into small pieces. Mix the apple with the cranberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Set aside for 2 hours.
Add the juice and spices to a pot. Add the fruit mixture, and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, then add to the prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely in a cool and dark place.
