2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Add the almonds to a bowl, cover with water, and let soak overnight.

The next day, pour out the water. Add the almonds, 1 quart of boiling water, the honey, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend on the highest setting until a white liquid has formed.

Pour through a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Let cool slightly, then squeeze the remaining almond mixture well.

Pour the almond milk into a bottle, seal it tightly, and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
