Almond Honey Cookies
Preheat the oven to 120°C (approximately 250°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whip the egg whites and sugar until stiff and glossy. Stir in the honey, cardamom and cinnamon. Combine the ground almonds and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a plain tip and pipe onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove the parchment paper from the baking sheet, dust with powdered sugar and let cool.
