White bread (approximately 80 grams)

Preparation steps

Remove crusts of white bread and soak in water. Boil the almonds briefly.

Remove almonds from boiling water, remove nuts from the shells and pat dry the almonds. Peel the garlic. Squeeze the white bread well and puree with the garlic and almonds. The mix in a bowl with the olive oil and 750 ml (approximately 3 cups) water, season well with vinegar, salt and pepper and puree. Cover and cook for at least 1 hour. Then let sit in the refrigerator.

To serve, halve the grapes and remove skins and seeds. Stir into the soup, season to taste, serve in bowls and garnish with grapes on top.
