Dark chocolate (chopped)

eggs (separated)
2 ½ tablespoons
1 cup
cream (at least 30% fat)
2 teaspoons
Chocolate curl (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and leave to cool.
2.
Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt and mix together the egg yolks and the sugar in a bain-marie. Gradually add the melted chocolate, mix well and fold in the egg whites.
3.
Whip 150 ml of cream and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into four glasses or bowls and place in the fridge to set (approx. 3-4 hours).
4.
Just before serving, whip the remaining cream and add the whiskey. Garnish each mousse with a blob cream and decorate with the chocolate curls.
