Acapulco and Hawaiian Shake
- For the Acapulco
- 1 centiliter Sugar syrup
- 5 centiliters Tequila
- 3 centiliters Crème de cassis
- 5 tablespoons Crushed ice
- 1 Lime
- 2 red Red currant
For the Acapulco: Put crushed ice in a glass, pour sugar syrup, tequila and blackcurrant liqueur over the ice and stir. Add a lime slice and red currant berries on the drink and hang on the rim of the glass and serve.
As desired, drinks can be replenished with soda.
For the Hawaiian Shake: Rinse and hull strawberries and mash with a fork. Push mashed strawberries through a fine sieve. Cut pineapple flesh into small pieces and add with strawberry sauce, pineapple syrup, vanilla ice cream and cold milk in a blender until mixed thoroughly. Pour into a tall glass. Cut strawberries into slices and place on the glass edge. Serve with a straw.
