I’m a self-taught home chef behind @TheTastefulBlonde.

My favorite chef, Scott Conant once said, “Food should be sexy - you eat with your eyes first.” and I believe that wholeheartedly. In this space, I am always playing around with how to make eating healthy foods fun, exciting, and delicious.  I share all of my creations on my Instagram @thetastefulblonde. I believe that prevention is the best medicine, and a healthy lifestyle is the best investment you can possibly make. 

My goal in this space is to make cooking fun again by making healthy foods taste indulgent, and share easy recipes to inspire you to join me in making the kitchen our playground!
