Table Decoration with Decorated Lanterns

Place the star stencil on the paper and trace, then cut with scissors and erase the pencil marks. Repeat until there are enough stars for a garland. Cut wire twice the size of the glasses and string the stars on this wire. Wrap the garland around two of the glasses and twist the ends to hold. Put 2-3 orange slices in each glass, then a candle filter, then a candle, then any remaining orange slices around the candle.
