2 slices Whole Grain Rye Rolls (or 1 whole wheat baguette roll)
3 ozs Roast beef cold cut (without fat, trimmed)

1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Butter knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Brush, 1 Grill pan, 1 Parchment paper

Preparation steps

Peel pineapple, trim and cut into thin slices.

Heat a grill pan and brush with the oil. Grill pineapple until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and let cool.
