1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Garlic press, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small skillet, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

Rinse tomato, cut out stem and dice.

Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop finely. Cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, stir yogurt in a bowl with a whisk until creamy.

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the yogurt. Stir in tomato and mint and season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a small pan. Stir in broth and paprika. Add butter mixture to the garlic-yogurt sauce and stir until evenly mixed. Drain pasta and serve with the garlic sauce.
